Shipping & Order Information

Thank you for shopping with Bravo Six Supply LLC. All orders are carefully produced and shipped within the United States. Below you’ll find details about processing times, shipping, and tracking.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. This includes order preparation, production, quality checks, and packaging.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times (U.S. Only)

After processing, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking information within 7 business days, please contact us at frank@bravosixsupply.com for assistance.

Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at frank@bravosixsupply.com. We will work with our shipping partners to investigate and resolve the issue.

Shipping Location

We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we’re only able to accept returns or offer replacements in specific situations.

Eligible Cases

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • There is a manufacturing or printing defect
  • You receive the wrong item or design

To request assistance, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at frank@bravosixsupply.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item showing the problem

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size or color ordered
  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will investigate. If the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement.

Return Shipping

Because items are made to order, physical returns are generally not accepted unless instructed. If a return is approved, we will provide specific instructions and the appropriate return address.
