Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we’re only able to accept returns if an item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives with any issues, please contact us with your order details and clear photos of the damaged or defective item. Our team will review the issue and guide you through the next steps.
At this time, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size or color, so we recommend reviewing the size charts and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Shipping & Orders
Most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 3–7 business days. Delivery times vary by location, so please allow an additional 7–10 business days to receive your order.
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package from fulfillment to delivery.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
