Processing Time

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. If you haven’t received tracking information within 7 business days, please contact us at frank@bravosixsupply.com for assistance.
Split Shipments
Some orders may be delivered in multiple shipments. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers if this applies to your order.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, an additional shipping fee may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at frank@bravosixsupply.com. We’ll investigate and help resolve the issue promptly.
U.S. Shipping Only
Bravo Six Supply LLC. currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Bravo Six Supply, every product is made to order and fulfilled by our trusted print-on-demand partners. Because of the custom nature of our products, we are only able to accept returns or offer replacements under specific conditions outlined below.
Returns & Replacements
We gladly offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

Items Not Eligible for Return
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address

Lost or Missing Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we’ll investigate the issue with our fulfillment partner. If the package is confirmed lost, we’ll gladly send a replacement.
Return Shipping & Address
Because each order is made to order and fulfilled by our production partners, we do not accept physical returns unless instructed otherwise. If a return is approved, we’ll provide the correct return instructions and address at that time.
